The hotel is ideally located close to the temple, which was a major reason for my choice. I selected GRT for their reputation, and they did not disappoint. Every interaction with the staff was exceptional. Chef Pathy stood out during dinner, being attentive to all guests and taking the time to engage with us personally. The rooms were well-maintained, with clean beds and fresh bottled water delivered daily. I prefer firmer pillows, and the hotel had just what I needed! Breakfast was a delightful feast, offering a wide variety of South Indian, North Indian, and continental options that we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even better. Hot water availability at all times was a big plus. However, I felt the approach to the hotel could be improved, and the bathrooms could use some updating. Despite these minor points, the hotel offers excellent value for money overall.

The rooms are well-kept and spotless. The staff is very polite. The cuisine is amazing, the restaurant is great, and the staff is really kind. It is worth mentioning that Mr. TamilArsan, in particular, was considerate of our every requirement and provided us with timely service and his service is very appreciable . Both the cuisine and the hotel are highly recommended.

Worst experience! the rooms were not clean. The floor does not look good. They have a strong smell of the perfume throughout the hotel which can give a headache. They are charging too high for the service they are providing.
